The system provides fresh water for chicken, which is vital to the healthy growth of birds. The water will be out

when chickens touch nipples.

Nipple drinking system components:

The system mainly including waterline front system(filter, pressure regulator, water meter, doser), nipples, drip

cups, square water pipes, supporting tubes, pressure regulators, water display tube, suspension&lifting system etc.

(1). Nipples:

The outside shell is made of high quality plastic, the inner rod is made of high quality stainless steel.

(2). Drip cups:

One-arm design is more suitable for modern raising idea.

(3). PVC square water pipes and galvanized supporting tube:

We have abandon round water pipes, because use square water pipes have lager surface deposition, not easy to block. 

(4). Pressure regulator( double barreled with large flow capacity): New designed!

(5). Waterline front system:

Front part is controller of water, which is usually installed in control room.

-Pressure regulating valve: make sure to supply stable water to drinking lines.

-Filter: clean water and avoid blocking nipples.

-Water meter: measure water usage volume.

-Doser: add medicine exactly and automatically to prevent disease.

(6). Lifting& suspension system:

Correct height for drinking system is very important for chicken( both higher and lower can result chicken

bone's distortion, which is bad for chicken growth, also lead to water waste), it's easy to adjust drinking 

line height by winch.

(7). Water display level tube:

Use high transparency& impact resistant meterial, it's sturdy and durable, and convenient to watch water

level, easy to take down and clean with this advanced design.
